The GEIE –
Groupement Européen d'Intérêt Économique

The Groupement européen d'intérêt économique (GEIE, or European Economic Interest Grouping in English) is a legal entity based on European Community law designed to facilitate and encourage cross-border cooperation.
 

The GEIE is the main body of the Euronics group structure, on which all 25 national organisation members are represented. Three or four GEIE meetings are held each year, at which the 25 members decide and vote on business matters concerning the Euronics group.
 

The GEIE elects a Board of Directors to act on their behalf.
