The announcement of the four-year deal offers an exciting opportunity for Euronics Group members, as official Electronics Retail Partners, to continue to harness the Euronics ethos of creating a ‘human touch in a digital world’. It additionally provides the possibility for Group members to invite football fans to take part in activation opportunities both online and in-store.
The partnerships will see 22 international Euronics Group members support women’s football in each of their communities by being main partners of the UEFA Women's Champions League, the UEFA Women's EURO, the UEFA European Women's Under-19 and Under-17 Championships, and the UEFA Women's Futsal EURO, as well as UEFA's Together #WePlayStrong programme, which is aimed at encouraging more girls and women to play football.
“This partnership is a key milestone for the Euronics Group.” says Hans Carpels President of Euronics GEIE. “We are excited to activate this UEFA partnership in our local communities with our members, suppliers, and partners. Providing an opportunity for us to enhance the ‘beautiful game’ together”.

We are committed to the future of women’s football, and we are excited in helping to accelerate the women’s game through this partnership”.
shows the speed at which women’s football is developing that this ambitious brand chose to partner with us,” said Nadine Kessler, UEFA’s chief of women’s football.
“Women’s football has so much potential and the next few years are going to be an incredibly exciting time on our journey. The UEFA Women’s Champions League featuring a 16-team group stage as well as centralised marketing and TV coverage from next season and next summer’s UEFA Women’s EURO in England, will provide Euronics with excellent opportunities to increase their visibility into key markets.
The basis of this partnership is the shared belief in the enormous potential of women’s football. Through this 4-year commitment, Euronics Group aims to support the growth of the game by backing UEFA’s plan to cement football as the leading female team sport in Europe.
