EURONICS GROUP ELECTS NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Amsterdam: EURONICS, the leading retail group in technical consumer goods, announces its newly elected Board of Directors.

 

The eight-member Board was appointed after routine elections, conducted every three years, at the Group’s annual general meeting, held on 29 June 2022 in London.

 

The composition of the Board reflects Euronics’ ever expanding EMEA & CIS footprint, underscoring the Group’s position as the second largest global retail group.

 

Euronics GEIE is present in 35 countries, operating in the Technical Consumer Goods sector, specifically in Consumer Electronics, Major & Small Domestic Appliances, and IT & Telecom. The Group realised a record turnover of €22.9 bln in 2021.
