Amsterdam 20.5.2021 - EURONICS GROUP, the leading consumer electronics retail group in EMEA, is the latest global brand to commit its support for UEFA Women’s Football by becoming an official sponsor of all UEFA’s women’s competitions including the UEFA Women’s Champions League and Women’s EURO 2022 and 2025. Euronics Group and its member organisations are also proud official partners of the Together #WePlayStrong campaign.

 

The announcement of the four-year deal offers an exciting opportunity for Euronics Group members, as official Electronics Retail Partners, to continue to harness the Euronics ethos of creating a ‘human touch in a digital world’. It additionally provides the possibility for Group members to invite football fans to take part in activation opportunities both online and in-store.


The partnerships will see 22 international Euronics Group members support women’s football in each of their communities by being main partners of the UEFA Women's Champions League, the UEFA Women's EURO, the UEFA European Women's Under-19 and Under-17 Championships, and the UEFA Women's Futsal EURO, as well as UEFA's Together #WePlayStrong programme, which is aimed at encouraging more girls and women to play football.
