Euronics was delighted to welcome Mr Toto Wolff, Head of Motorsports Mercedes Benz, as its guest speaker this year. Mr Wolff shared his extensive leadership experience and the secrets of his success in Formula 1, answering extensive questions on all aspects of his work and passion posed by both the interviewer, Mr John Olsen, Managing Director Euronics International, and the audience at large.
Euronics and Mercedes Motorsports enjoy a close bond with Euronics Germany’s sponsorship of the Mercedes team in the DTM, the German Touring Car Championships, and one of the team cars was present in Geneva to welcome guests to the event, providing an opportunity to learn more about the mechanics of the winning collaboration. Supplier of the Year Awards 2014
Energy levels among the 200 Suppliers and Members remained high after Mr Wolff left the stage as the highly anticipated Supplier of the Year awards were announced.
Each year Euronics surveys its Members to collate a short list of the Suppliers which have consistently outperformed in areas including innovation, product performance, timeliness of supply, marketing, and after sales service. Rigorous quantitative analysis is applied to this short list by an independent team from across Euronics International to decide the final winners who demonstrate all round exceptional supplier performance.
Mr John Olsen, Managing Director, and Mr Dennis Tomassen, Senior Business Unit Manager, both of Euronics International, announced the winners before handing over to Mr Hans Carpels, President Euronics International, to present the prestigious awards to the following outstanding suppliers:
